UK government ‘visa brake’:

Due to recent UK government changes to the Student visa system, Cranfield University is currently unable to sponsor Student visa applications from applicants who are nationals of Afghanistan, Cameroon, Myanmar or Sudan when applying from outside the UK. Applicants from these countries who would require Student visa sponsorship should not submit an application at this time.

Application deadlines: September 2026 entry

• International applicants who require ATAS clearance for the course they are applying for must submit their application by Monday 22 June 2026.
• Nationals of Bangladesh, Ghana, India, Nigeria and Pakistan, must submit their application by Monday 29 June 2026.
• All other international applicants who do not require ATAS clearance must submit their application by Monday 13 July 2026.
• UK and Irish applicants must submit their application by Monday 21 September 2026.
